Jet2.com is the North’s leading leisure airline operating scheduled and charter services from 8 Northern bases, with a rapidly expanding Jet2holidays tour operation. As a result of our continued success, we now have a new, exciting and unique opportunity for a General Manager – Recruitment to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our business.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading the Recruitment Team in delivering a professional proactive service across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
This high profile role will be responsible for designing and delivering the recruitment high level / strategic plans for all our operational areas including:
• Flight Deck;
• Cabin Crew;
• Ground Operations;
• Engineering;
• Mail & Cargo;
• Head Office
This role is very diverse and incorporates managing the seasonal volume and stand alone roles that are essential in meeting the growth of our business.
The successful candidate must have proven success in a fast paced business, be highly organised and numerate with keen attention to detail. With extensive experience of on-line recruitment and managing multiple priorities you must above all be passionate about leading and motivating your team to meet all the challenges that a fast paced entrepreneurial business faces.
